You can bring your used Patagonia gear to any Patagonia retail store or mail it to us. If your items are in good, functional condition, we will provide you with a Worn Wear credit to use online or in-store.
What kind of condition is the gear in?
Every item undergoes a rigorous inspection. We categorize items based on their condition, ranging from 'Excellent' to 'Gently Used,' and we clearly disclose any professional repairs made to the garment.
What is your return policy for Worn Wear items?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return Worn Wear items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided the items are in the same condition as when they were received.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
